77 Cancellation of approval
(1)
The Secretary may, by written notice to an accreditation authority, cancel approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority if—
(a)
the Secretary is satisfied that there are grounds for the cancellation of approval, or
(b)
the accreditation authority applies for cancellation of approval.
(2)
Notice of the cancellation must specify—
(a)
the date or time from which cancellation takes effect, and
(b)
the grounds for the cancellation.
