78 Suspension or cancellation may be subject to conditions
(1)
An approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority may be suspended or cancelled unconditionally or subject to any conditions that the Secretary imposes.
(2)
Those conditions may include (but are not limited to) any conditions to which the approval was subject immediately before it was suspended or cancelled.
(3)
The Secretary may, by written notice given to the accreditation authority, attach new conditions to, or vary or revoke any existing conditions of, the suspension or cancellation of the approval.
