Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013

This section applies to a perpetual interment right—.

for which the holder and cemetery operator were in negotiations referred to in section 52(7) immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, Schedule 1[21], and

until the negotiations end or the perpetual interment right is revoked, whichever occurs first.

For a perpetual interment right to which this clause applies—

section 52 does not apply, and

section 52 as in force immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, Schedule 1[21] continues to apply.
