9 Dissolution of Board of Cemeteries Agency
(1)
The Board of the Cemeteries Agency is dissolved on the commencement of the amending Act, Schedule 1[10].
(2)
On the dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Board immediately before its dissolution become the assets, rights and liabilities of the Cemeteries Agency.
(3)
The persons who were members of the Board immediately before its dissolution are no longer the members of the Board and are not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of office.
