35 Conditions on suspension or cancellation
(1)
The Authority may suspend registration under this Division—
(a)
for a specified period or indefinitely, or
(b)
until specified conditions are met by the registered person.
(2)
If the Authority cancels a person’s registration under this division, the Authority may impose a condition (a registration pre-condition) that the person must meet before the person is again eligible to be registered under this Act.
(3)
The Authority may at any time revoke or vary a condition imposed on a suspension under this Division or as a registration pre-condition.
