5 Transfer of assets, liabilities etc of Corporation
On the appointed day—
(a)
the assets and liabilities of the Corporation become assets and liabilities of the Crown, and
(b)
all proceedings by or against the Corporation pending immediately before the appointed day become proceedings pending by or against the Crown.
