48 Referral of certain matters to the Board by the Minister
(1)
The Minister may refer to the Board any matter relating to the following that conflicts with, or may give rise to conflict with, this Act or the regulations—
(a)
a law or proposed law,
(b)
a practice, alleged practice or proposed practice of a person or a class of persons.
(2)
The Board must—
(a)
conduct an examination of a matter referred to the Board by the Minister under subsection (1), and
(b)
report to the Minister about its findings and conclusions.
