49 Definitions
In this division—
court includes a tribunal having power to require the production of documents or the answering of questions.
produce includes to permit access to.
protected information means information about the affairs of an individual or other entity obtained by a relevant person—
while exercising functions under this Act, or
as a result of another person exercising functions under this Act.
relevant person means a person who is or has been—
a member of the Board, or
a member of staff of the Board within the meaning of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, section 86, or
a member of staff of the President within the meaning of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, section 94C(2), or
another entity acting under the authority of the Board under this Act, or
an academic or other entity referred to in section 47(1)(f).
