Prescribed witnesses

In force

For the purposes of section 38(1A)(c) of the Act, a prescribed witness is—

(a)

in the case of a deed that is signed within Australia or an external Territory—any person of a class referred to in clause 2, or

(b)

in the case of a deed that is signed within a foreign country—any person of a class referred to in clause 3.
