For the purposes of section 203A(2) of the Act, each of the following is an identified document—
a section 88B instrument,
a building management statement referred to in Division 3B of Part 23 of the Act,
a copy of the by-laws referred to in section 10(1)(b) of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015,
a strata development contract referred to in Division 3 of Part 5 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015,
a strata management statement referred to in Division 1 of Part 6 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015,
a development contract referred to in Part 7 of the Community Land Development Act 2021,
a community management statement, precinct management statement or neighbourhood management statement under the Community Land Development Act 2021.
