25C Dams Safety NSW’s power to waive, reduce, postpone or refund dams safety levy—the Act, s 41(3)
Dams Safety NSW may waive, reduce, postpone or refund, in whole or part, a dams safety levy payable or paid under the Act or this regulation if Dams Safety NSW is satisfied it is appropriate because of special circumstances, including a natural disaster.
