18FAB Practice notes
(1)
Subject to the rules, the Chief Judge may publish practice notes relating to the practice and procedure to be followed in the Court.
(2)
A practice note must be published in the Gazette.
(3)
The Interpretation Act 1987, sections 40 and 41 apply to a practice note in the same way the sections apply to a statutory rule.
(4)
In this section—
rules means—
(a)
the civil procedure rules, and
(b)
the criminal procedure rules.
