District Court Act 1973

A Judicial Registrar is entitled to such leave—

as may be specified in respect of the Judicial Registrar in the Judicial Registrar’s instrument of appointment, or

if no leave is specified in the instrument of appointment—as is determined by the Minister.

For the purposes of subclause (1), leave may be specified or determined by reference to the leave entitlement of the holder of any other office or class of office.
