38 Application for variation or revocation of prohibition order
(1)
Application for variation or revocation of a prohibition order may be made to the Local Court by the person the subject of the order or by Transport for NSW.
(2)
The Local Court may, on that application, vary or revoke the prohibition order or refuse to vary or revoke it.
(3)
If the Local Court varies the prohibition order, Transport for NSW must serve a copy of the order varying the original order on the person the subject of the order.
