(1)

The amendments made to Division 1 of Part 8 of Chapter 2 by the State Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2012 apply to the following—

(a)

agreements for sale or transfer entered into on or after 1 July 2012,

(b)

transfers that occur on or after 1 July 2012, other than transfers made in conformity with an agreement for sale or transfer entered into before 1 July 2012.

(2)

Division 1 of Part 8 of Chapter 2, as in force before those amendments, continues to apply to the following—

(a)

agreements for sale or transfer entered into before 1 July 2012,

(b)

transfers occurring before 1 July 2012,

(c)

transfers occurring on or after 1 July 2012 that are made in conformity with an agreement referred to in paragraph (a).
