Duties Act 1997

An amendment made to Chapter 2 by the State Revenue Legislation Further Amendment Act 2012 applies in respect of a dutiable transaction that occurs on or after the commencement of the amendment.

Section 270C, as inserted by the State Revenue Legislation Further Amendment Act 2012, applies in respect of the registration of a trailer on or after the commencement of that section.

An amendment made to an expression in the Dictionary by the State Revenue Legislation Further Amendment Act 2012 applies in relation to any liability for duty that arises on or after the commencement of the amendment.
