74A Ancillary offences
(1)
This clause applies to a person who, for an offence under this Part or the regulations under this Part—
(a)
causes or permits another person to commit the offence, or
(b)
aids, abets, counsels or procures another person to commit the offence, or
(c)
conspires with another person to commit the offence.
(2)
A person to whom this clause applies is guilty of the offence and is liable to the same penalty applicable to an offence against the other provision.
