78A Exchange of information
(1)
Despite another provision of this Act, the Scheme Administrator may keep the following information—
(a)
information about offences or alleged offences under this Part,
(b)
information collected in the administration of this Act.
(2)
The Scheme Administrator may give the information kept under this clause to the following—
(a)
a person or body undertaking functions, similar to those undertaken by the Scheme Administrator, in another State or Territory or for the Commonwealth,
(b)
a government sector agency within the meaning of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
