96CA Embedded network operators and sellers
Each embedded network operator and embedded network seller must—
(a)
be a member of an approved energy ombudsman scheme, and
(b)
comply with a decision of the energy ombudsman under the scheme relating to a dispute or complaint involving a small customer.
