12 Duration of authority—the Act, s 29
An authority remains in force, unless it is earlier cancelled or in a period of suspension, until—
(a)
for an authority other than a renewed authority—1 July following the date on which the authority commences, or
(b)
for a renewed authority—1 July following the date on which the renewed authority commences.
