45 Penalty notice offences—the Act, s 46A
For the purposes of the Act, section 46A—
(a)
an offence under a provision of the Act or this Regulation specified in Schedule 4, Column 1 is prescribed as a penalty notice offence, and
(b)
the amount specified in Schedule 4, Column 2 in relation to an offence is the prescribed amount of penalty for the offence.
