24J Testing of explosives
The regulatory authority may, in accordance with the regulations, direct an analyst to—
(a)
determine the quantity or mass of a forfeited explosive, and
(b)
test and analyse a representative sample of the forfeited explosive to determine the identity of the explosive, and
(c)
give a certificate of analysis for the forfeited explosive.
