Explosives Act 2003

Every inspector is to be issued with an identification card as an inspector by the regulatory authority.

The identification card must—

state that it is issued under this Act, and

give the name of the person to whom it is issued, and

state the date (if any) on which it expires, and

describe the kind of premises to which the powers of the inspector extend, and

be signed by the head of the regulatory authority or an officer approved by the head of the regulatory authority for the purposes of this paragraph.
