Delegation by regulatory authority

In force

The regulatory authority may delegate any of the regulatory authority’s functions under this Act or the regulations (other than this power of delegation) to—

(a)

any person employed in the Public Service, or

(b)

any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
