15 Declaration of reciprocating court—the Act, s 106
For the Act, section 106, the following are declared to be reciprocating courts, or classes of reciprocating courts—
(a)
each Magistrates Court of Queensland,
(b)
the Australian Capital Territory Magistrates Court,
(c)
the Magistrates Court of South Australia,
(d)
the Magistrates Court of Tasmania,
(e)
the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria,
(f)
the Magistrates Court of Western Australia,
(g)
the Local Court of the Northern Territory.
