16 Penalty notice offence—the Act, s 119A(1) and (3)
(1)
For the Act, section 119A(1), an offence under the Act, section 38(3B) is prescribed as a penalty notice offence.
(2)
For the Act, section 119A(3), the amount payable under the penalty notice is—
(a)
for an individual—$704, or
(b)
for a corporation—
(i)
if within the previous 5 years the corporation has been convicted of, or a penalty notice enforcement order has been made for, an offence under the Act, section 38(3B)—$3,988, or
(ii)
in other cases—$1,487.
