81 Payment by single instalment
(1)
If a levy is paid by single instalment, the instalment is payable by 31 August.
(2)
However, if the levy notice is not served by 1 August, the single instalment is payable by 30 November, or the day that is 30 days after service of the notice, whichever is the later.
