23 Crew details to be recorded on daily log sheet
(1)
An endorsement holder who takes or attempts to take abalone for sale on any day must include in the daily log sheet the names of all members of the crew of the boat (if any) used by the endorsement holder to take abalone in the fishery.

(3)
A contravention of subclause (1) is an endorsement holder offence.
