35A TAF Committee to make TAC determination
(1)
The TAF Committee is required to make a TAC determination for abalone.
(2)
A TAC determination is to be made in respect of each fishing period.
Note—
Under section 40K of the Act, the Minister may direct the TAF Committee as to the matters to be taken into account when making a fishing determination.
