19 Former licence holders entitled to authorisation
(1)
A person who held a licence in force under former Part 2 immediately before the substitution of that Part is entitled to be granted an authorisation, on such terms and subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit, with effect from the substitution of that Part.
(2)
Section 11 (Procedure for granting authorisation) does not apply, but the other provisions of Part 2 do apply, to the granting of such an authorisation.
