24 Equalisation Account
Of the amount standing to the credit of a gas distributor’s Equalisation Account immediately before the repeal of former section 74:
(a)
half is to be credited to the gas distributor’s Gas Customers Reserve Account, and
(b)
the other half can be dealt with as the gas distributor sees fit.
