Obstruction of inspectors

Current

A person must not—

(a)

prevent an inspector from exercising any function conferred on the inspector under this Act, or

(b)

hinder or obstruct an inspector in the exercise of any such function, or

(c)

impersonate an inspector.

Maximum penalty—

(a)

for a corporation—5,000 penalty units, or

(b)

for an individual—1,000 penalty units.
