19 Chief executive officer of GRNSW
(1)
GRNSW may employ a chief executive officer of GRNSW.
(2)
The chief executive officer is responsible for the day to day management of GRNSW.
(3)
The Government Sector Employment Act 2013 does not apply to or in respect of the chief executive officer.
