Division 1Requirements for registration
44 Greyhound racing industry participants
(1)
A person must not carry on any activity as a greyhound racing industry participant unless the person is registered to carry on that activity.
(2)
A registered greyhound racing industry participant must comply with any conditions to which the person’s registration is subject.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units in the case of a corporation and 200 penalty units in the case of an individual.
