45 Greyhound racing clubs
(1)
A greyhound racing club must not conduct a greyhound race meeting unless the club is registered.
(2)
A registered greyhound racing club must comply with any conditions to which the club’s registration is subject.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units in the case of a corporation and 200 penalty units in the case of an individual.
