Registration of harness horses and persons associated with harness racing

In force

(1)

HRNSW may, in accordance with the rules, register or refuse to register any harness racing horse, or any owner, trainer or driver of harness racing horses, bookmaker or other person associated with harness racing.

(2)

HRNSW must not refuse to register any harness racing horse or any person under subsection (1) unless it is of the opinion that it would be in the best interests of the harness racing industry to do so.
