Protection from personal liability

In force

Anything done or omitted to be done by—

(a)

HRNSW or HRICG, or

(b)

a member of HRNSW or HRICG, or

(c)

the chief executive officer of HRNSW, or

(d)

any steward appointed under this Act by HRNSW, or

(e)

any person acting under the direction of HRNSW or HRICG,

does not subject the member, chief executive officer, steward or a person so acting, personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purposes of executing this or any other Act.
