45 Proof of certain matters not required
In any legal proceedings, proof is not required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of the following matters—
(a)
the constitution of HRNSW,
(b)
any resolution of HRNSW,
(c)
the appointment of, or the holding of office by, any member of HRNSW,
(d)
the presence of a quorum at any meeting of HRNSW.
