52 References to repealed area Act and repealed hospitals Act
(1)
A reference in any other Act or instrument made under an Act, or in any instrument of any kind, to the repealed area Act or the repealed hospitals Act is taken to be a reference to this Act.
(2)
This clause does not apply to the State Public Service Superannuation Act 1985.
