68 Chief Executive Officer of Ambulance Service Board
(1)
The person holding office as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ambulance Service Board immediately before the repeal date ceases to hold that office on that date but is taken to be employed as a health executive (within the meaning of Part 3 of Chapter 9) for the balance of the person’s term of appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Ambulance Service Board.
(2)
The continuation of a person’s employment under subclause (1) is subject to Part 3 of Chapter 9.
