73 Special provisions relating to The Stewart House Preventorium, Curl Curl
(1)
The amendments made to this Act by the amending Act do not apply to or in respect of The Stewart House Preventorium until the day appointed by proclamation by the Governor for the purposes of this clause.
(2)
Until that appointed day, this Act continues to apply to and in respect of The Stewart House Preventorium (including in relation to the employment of any staff) as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
