6 Offence not to comply with licence
A person who is the holder of a licence—
(a)
must not cultivate or supply low-THC hemp otherwise than for the purpose for which the licence is granted, and
(b)
must comply with the conditions to which the licence is subject.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
