13 Annual licence fee
(1)
It is a condition of a licence that the licensee pay an annual fee of $200 in accordance with this clause.
(2)
The annual fee is payable to the Secretary annually in accordance with the written directions of the Secretary.
(3)
The annual fee is payable even if the licence is suspended.
