120E Period for compliance with order
(1)
An order must specify a reasonable period within which the terms of the order are to be complied with, subject to this section.
(2)
An order may require immediate compliance with its terms in circumstances that the Heritage Council believes constitute a serious risk to the building, work or relic concerned.
