Transfer of staff generally

In force

(1)

Each officer of a former institution shall, on the relevant commencement, become an officer of the corresponding institution.

(2)

Except as otherwise provided by this Part or the regulations, the terms and conditions on which an officer of a former institution becomes an officer of a corresponding institution shall be in accordance with such arrangements, if any, as are agreed upon (before the relevant commencement) between the governing body of the former institution and the governing body of the corresponding institution.
