16C Application of requirements for contracts
(1)
Sections 16D–16DE apply to a contract under which a person (a kit home supplier) undertakes—
(a)
to supply, in person, or by others, a kit home, or
(b)
to vary any such undertaking previously made.
(2)
Section 16D(5) does not apply to a contract referred to in subsection (1)(b).
