16H Application of this Part
(1)
This Part does not affect any right or remedy that a person (other than the person who contracts to supply the kit home) may have apart from this Act.
(2)
This Part does not apply to—
(a)
a contract entered into, before the commencement of this Part, for the supply of a kit home, or
(b)
the supply of a kit home pursuant to such a contract.
