Persons must not bring or leave waste

(1)

A person must not bring waste into, or leave waste on, Corporation land in a special area.

Maximum penalty—

(a)

for an individual—100 penalty units, or

(b)

otherwise—200 penalty units.

(2)

In this section—

waste has the same meaning as in the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997.
