77 Reports relating to authorities
(1)
The Commission may furnish to the Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament a report setting out a recommendation referred to in section 55 which it is of the opinion should be adopted and the reasons for its opinion.
(2)
Such a report shall not be furnished until after the period of 21 days referred to in section 55 (3) has passed.
