111 Division applies only if Commission declares contract unfair
(1)
This Division does not apply to a contract unless the Commission has found (under Division 2 or on application under this section) that the contract is an unfair contract.
(2)
An application for such a finding for the purposes of this Division may be made only by an industrial organisation of employees whose members are employed in the industry in connection with which work is done of the same kind as that done under the contract to which the application relates.
